Reservations are confirmed once payment is received, following the process for your specific stay type. Casa Bossa Nova Entire House reservations additionally require review and acknowledgment of the Owner Agreement before payment can be completed.
A refundable security deposit is required for all direct BVR reservations. The amount depends on the details of your stay and is shown before payment. The deposit is collected seven days before arrival.
More than 30 days before check-in: full refund. 15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund. 14 days or less before check-in: non-refundable. Reservations during major holidays, Carnaval, and New Year are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM local time. Check-out is at 10:00 AM local time.
The primary traveler and all adult travelers must be at least 25 years old. Families traveling with their children are welcome, even when some family members are under 25.
Pets are not permitted unless a specific home states otherwise.
Smoking is prohibited indoors at all BVR homes.
All BVR homes have a strict no-party policy. Violation is subject to immediate removal from the home, without a refund.
Standard stays require a 3-night minimum. During major holidays, New Year, and Carnaval, the minimum is 7 nights.

By making a reservation or requesting an Experience with Bougie Vacation Rentals, you agree to the policies on this page, including booking, cancellation, security deposit, check-in and check-out, and house rules.
