The master bathroom and one of the guests bathrooms are located on the second floor and the other on the first floor.

Located in the quiet South Tampa Neighborhood of Armory Gardens. Armory Gardens is a neighborhood in Tampa, Florida with a population of 1,277. Armory Gardens is in Hillsborough County and is one of the best places to live in Florida. Living in Armory Gardens offers residents a sparse suburban feel and most residents own their homes. In Armory Gardens there are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Villa Brothers Park and Glaciers Jewish Community Center are located in Armory Gardens.
There are Ring Cameras at the front and back entrances to the house for both your security and ours.The video and recording features will be on during your entire stay. The back entrance camera covers the entire back yard and patio.
Guest making the actual reservation must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or US driver’s license
No smoking or vaping inside or on back patio
Parties are not allowed. Parties are defined as any gathering with people outside of the original reservation that involves drinking, food, games, etc. at any time during the day or night. These include, but are not limited to, birthday, graduation, anniversary, class reunion, or any themed party celebrations.
If you are visiting for one of the aforementioned, or plan to have more than 5 people over, please just communicate what your intentions are beforehand to get prior approval. After all we want you to have FUN.

-Do not unplug any of the appliances or electronic including the internet modem
-Cover any outdoor furniture that you may have uncovered
-No noise between the hours of 10:00pm – 9:00am
-lawn care service is on either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. They have access to the gate into the back yard only.
Guest will have full access to the entire house except for the garage, master closet, and downstairs office and storage closet.
We travel a lot for work and pleasure and therefore will usually not be in Tampa to meet you. When we are not traveling, we are enjoying our home. We have a trusted team of professionals that can take care of anything that may need someone to physically come to the home. We are always available by phone, text, or messaging apps.
